Our Approach

Committing to transformative growth

Transformative growth is a process that requires the investment of time and a commitment to change. We all know this is essential but recognize that it's difficult. This is why before coaching begins, we take time to understand the client's readiness for change, commitment level and time frame. Our engagements generally range from 6 weeks-6 months. For leaders, we offer 6-12 month engagements due to the complexity of the issues faced. Ultimately, what differentiates us is our reciprocal commitment to our client's success which we demonstrate by continuing to track their progress long after the coaching period ends by providing complimentary periodic check-in sessions up to 1 year later.

Rooted in positive psychology and a strengths-based approach, our coaching process begins with an assessment of the clients current state, followed by a clarification of their future vision and/or goal, and a custom roadmap to help them achieve their goals. There is no one-size-fits all approach to coaching. The key is that it's client led even while we offer  structure. We borrow from a variety of well regarded coaching methods and tools to design a personalized program that will meet each client's specific needs.
