Strategic Planning for a Pivot
"When I initially reached out to Kutu for coaching, I knew that I needed to pivot, but I was unsure how exactly to go about it. I thought that coaching could be an opportunity to talk through some of the thoughts I had been having and create a roadmap to start applying right away. However, this experience has been so much more. Kutu has been a thought partner, coach, and supportive ally through this career transition. She helped me to look at the job search differently, by taking a step back to understand myself, my motivations, and really gain clarity on what I was looking for in this career pivot. My approach to this pivot has been drastically different than any that I have experienced, all because of Kutu's guidance. She is a wealth of resources, information, and her coaching approach helped me to engage in the "work" of coaching, because I knew that she was coming fully present and ready to work. I also appreciated that she incorporated spirituality into our coaching sessions, which helped me to feel more at ease, and at times felt like discipleship, which was needed as I navigated the complexities of my career pivot. Overall, I cannot say enough positive things about working with Kutu, and would recommend her services to anyone in need."
