I'm Kutu Baker—coach, strategist, and trusted advisor to professionals and leaders committed to meaningful, purpose-driven growth and transitions. My mission is to serve as a strategic journey partner with those making significant transformative change in their lives, careers, and leadership.

For more than two decades, I’ve partnered with individuals across every stage of their careers: those navigating uncertainty, those standing at pivotal inflection points, and those quietly preparing for a more expansive chapter. My own career has been shaped by intentional choice, seeking work that aligned with my values, stepping forward before certainty was guaranteed, taking risks to stand up for what I believed in, and learning firsthand that sustained growth lives just beyond fear. My learnings from those experiences is what informs my work today.

If you don't fit any of these descriptions, no worries. I offer career coaching, leadership coaching, life coaching or an integration of all three depending on my clients needs. Each coaching package is customized to the clients goals. For career coaching, a package could include assessments, coaching sessions, career exploration and prototyping, a resume refresh, job search strategy, and/or interview preparation. My goal is to equip you with the confidence, clarity, and tools to launch into your next chapter, which will be as unique as you are.

 

For faith-driven clients, at your request, we can incorporate a spiritual lens and frame into our work.
