With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources across nonprofit, privately held, and publicly traded organizations in manufacturing, healthcare, and consulting, I have had the privilege of working in both individual contributor and leadership roles. Throughout my career, I have coached leaders at all levels, developed talent and succession strategies, designed leadership frameworks and capability-building tools, partnered with executive teams, and facilitated learning experiences for thousands of employees globally.
