Program Details

All coaching engagements are customized to your goals and desired outcomes. This determines the number of sessions and cadence. Most coaching packages are designed around 6–12 sessions over a 3 to 6-month partnership. Assessments are optional but recommended. Once we determine the right approach and coaching package for your needs, sessions are scheduled via Zoom or in-person for clients in the Chicago area. 

Schedule a complimentary consultation in which we discuss your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from coaching. You'll experience a brief coaching conversation, have an opportunity to ask questions, and determine whether coaching is the right fit for your needs.

Package pricing includes assessments and 10+ coaching sessions over a 6 to 9-month engagement. Once we agree on the coaching approach and package that best supports your needs, sessions are scheduled via zoom or in person at a cadence that supports meaningful progress.
